It will be presented for the first time at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) from 4 to 6 February. With “Uni-Q” technology, they are designed to serve a wide-spread sound and precise, fast, and clearly reproduced mid-range frequencies with excellent dynamics and successful energy management.
The Ci 200 RR-THX is trimmed on the ceiling installation in the home cinema. With the "sit anywhere Uni-Q single-point sound source", a vented 38-millimeter tweeter made of aluminum, already installed in the center of a 200-millimeter low / mid-range loudspeaker, which is already known from KEF standalone speakers, the THX- Certified sound.

According to KEF, the sound dispersion is so wide that everyone in the Kinoraum can enjoy the same precise sound picture. Thanks to UTF design (Ultra-Thin-Bezel) from KEF with as narrow a loudspeaker frame as possible, the Ci 200 RR-THX can be installed elegantly and at the same time visually restrained.
The Ci 4100 QL, Ci 3160 RL-THX and Ci 5160RL-THX loudspeakers have specialized in wall mounting. The large, rectangular series models are suitable for use as right, left, centered or side loudspeakers even for the professional music and home cinema sound, so the manufacturer. The Ci 4100 QL with a 100-millimeter driver has "Uni-Q single-point sound source" with three equal-sized mid-range speakers (MF).
Designed for larger rooms, the Ci 3160TL-THX is equipped with a 165-millimeter "Uni-Q single-point sound source" and a pair of 165-millimeter mid-range speakers (MF). For ultimate home theater sound, the Ci 5160RL-THX, whose 165-millimeter "Uni-Q" is flanked by four 165-mm mid-range speakers (MF). Both the Ci 3160 RL-THX and the Ci 5160 RL-THX are enclosed by a durable aluminum front grille.
Designed as a complete system, the new loudspeaker series includes two built-in subwoofers: a sub with four 100-mm woofers (Ci 4100 QLb) and a sub with three 165-millimeter woofers, each made of aluminum (Ci 3160 Rlb). Up to two of the subwoofers can be powered with the KEF KASA 500 subwoofer amplifier.
