City Maps2Go Offline Maps Pro: The app is an offline travel companion for smartphone and tablet. Included are both offline maps as well as tips on attractions and restaurants as well as Wikipedia information on the 8000 places deposited. They read reviews of other travelers and book hotels directly. In the Play Store you can download the app for free, but you must then accept advertising. The Pro version without ads costs 5.99 euros.
