The TechniSat 32 ISIO Exclusively does not offer much space for around € 1000, but the processing is convincing: The elegant aluminum frame and the glass twist have a high-quality finish and are processed in a clean way.
Technology for retrofitting
In terms of equipment, TechniSat offers a twin tuner for DVB-S2, DVB-C and DVB-T, which is advertised by the manufacturer as a double quattro tuner, since additional content can be retrieved from the Internet. Via the program list manager ISIPRO the TV is always sent a new channel list, if something changes on the satellite.
The installation of the TV reception takes a long time with TechniSat, but the subsequent station sorting is convincing. In addition to the intelligent recording function (thanks to the twin tuner, one program can be recorded and another transmitter run along), the integrated 2.1 audio system should make additional external loudspeakers unnecessary.
Unfortunately, there is a lack of important equipment: WLAN. This function can only be retrofitted with an external dongle. In terms of image quality, the 32-inch display impresses with its contrast and crisp picture quality. But we miss a really deep black. For target black, more residual light penetrates than desired. The maximum brightness of a good 400 cd / m2 compensates however somewhat. The color matching of the TechniLine 32 ISIO Exklusiv is not perfect even in film mode.
Although some adjustment screws in the menu can still be adjusted at certain points, but the model can not be calibrated perfectly. Likewise, the way to various settings in practice is not easy: The menu is located under the red HbbTV button in the lower third of the remote control.
