Every third employee accesses the company’s data on the road, via a smartphone or tablet. And in more and more professions tablets are moving in because they offer a larger screen to work than smartphones, but at the same time are less bulky than notebooks. They are easy to use and easy to use.

Tip 3: Create and save files
Just as the program guides and the sample table are stored locally on the tablet, you can also save your Office documents locally. However, storage is much more convenient in the cloud - in the cloud. This allows documents to be viewed and edited from almost any location.
The only requirement is an Internet connection via WLAN or data connection (3G or 4G). In a document that starts on the PC, you can simply add corrections, add the file, edit it as you like. Quickoffice Pro HD supports several well-known online storage services, including Google Drive and Dropbox.
To edit your Cloud documents on the tablet, tap the "+" icon in the Quickoffice file manager, for example, "Dropbox" to configure your mobile office account. Enter your credentials, and then tap Sign In. Confirm that Quickoffice wants to access your files and folders in the dropbox by tapping "Allow". After the "continue" your dropbox appears as a drive in the file manager.
Now you can easily access all folders and files. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents are opened in Quickoffice and are saved online.
Quickoffice Pro HD can not only display and edit existing documents, but also create new ones. It is best to select the location beforehand. Using the folder icon at the bottom right, you can create one or more new folders, if necessary, before tapping the document icon next to it. Both symbols can be recognized by the small "+". A new document is stored by default wherever you create it - either locally or in the cloud and in the pre-selected folder.
For example, to start a new text document, tap the document icon and select the desired file format: "Document in 07-2010" creates a docx file, "Document in 97-2003", a doc file. Alternatively, it is possible to create a pure "text file". The edit window opens immediately, and you can type it.
Your document will be saved automatically at regular intervals - as well as when you tap "Close" and "Save". Press "Do not save" to discard all changes - the entries will be lost. After typing "Save", create a filename - ready.
Thanks to Cloud, multiple users can work on a text, a table, or a presentation. For example, to insert a comment into a Word text, in Quickoffice Pro HD, tap the icon that symbolizes multiple text lines and a pen. Tap into a word or select several words, whole sentences, or paragraphs, as you used to your device.
Then activate the "New Comment" button and enter your comment in the corresponding field. The note can be quickly deleted via the small paper basket symbol in the comment field. Otherwise, just type in the document to edit it further. Your comment will be available to you and any other user.
Tip 4: Insert Comments
The good thing about the team is that every employee does the right job. And the difficulty often consists in keeping track of who has done when, what, how? Fortunately, the "track changes" feature known from MS Office is also available in Quickoffice Pro HD: Tap the "Tiles plus pen" icon (Tip 4) and then "Track changes" before editing the document >
Quickoffice Pro HD remembers that all of the following changes are yours. If you no longer want it, tap "Track changes" again - the function is already switched off. Important for team leaders: Accept or deny the changes made by other users using the "Track changes" function using the "Accept" and "Reject" buttons.
Tip 5: Track changes
If you want to make a file available to others, start into the file manager and hold your finger on a file. Drag the file toward the "Recycle Bin", "E-Mail", and "Share" icons on the bottom edge of the tablet - these icons will be enlarged.
Drop the file to one of the "E-mail" or "Split" icons: In "E-Mail", the e-mail program opens automatically with a new message as a template, using the selected file as an attachment. There are several options for sharing. For example, you can forward your document to the slideshare presentation program or the Scribd digital library.
