The Flappy Bird game for iOS and Android systems might soon be celebrating its return as a download in the App Store and Google Play Store: developer Dong Nguyen told US magazine Rolling Stone that he was considering a new version of the game .
This would be accompanied by a warning, which will prompt the players to pause more frequently. Nguyen justified Flappy Bird's failure to make the app too addictive. He had received mail from worried mothers and workers who lost their job due to the game.
The developer initially went from bad jokes, but had to stand fast, that the stories are genuine. According to his own statement, he fell through some school tests due to the shooter game Counter-Strike and could therefore understand the addiction potential of Flappy Bird.

So he quickly decided to remove the app from the stores again, so as not to endanger the players any further. Nguyen earned with the entertaining game, which recorded more than 50 million downloads, supposedly 35,000 euros a day. But money was never supposed to him. Also a complaint from Nintendo because of the game design, which was strongly inspired by Super Mario, was never in the room.
After the removal from the stores were offered phones with a pre-installed Flappy Bird. The prices were in the four to five-digit range. If developer Nguyen reintroduces his project, the app will be available again for everyone - free of charge.
