HD + transmits high-definition channels from private broadcasters. The subscription concept works: At the end of 2013, platform operators Astra announced to serve 49 percent more subscribers compared to the same period of the previous year. That’s about 1.4 million paying customers.
To celebrate the results, HD + can also immediately announce a station growth. As of 16 April Astra radiates the additional channels Nitro HD, n-tv HD and ProSieben Maxx HD. This now includes 19 high-definition programs in the portfolio. What customers may not like is that the annual "service package" will be increased from € 50 to € 60 on 6 May. New subscribers will pay € 55 for the ticket instead of € 55

Also from May, HD + offers its users an alternative payment model. From May 6, customers can decide whether they prefer the prepaid or a subscription variant in smaller payment rates. The price in this case amounts to five euros per month with a minimum contract term of twelve months.
What both old and new customers should be able to meet at the same time is the elimination of a restriction that has so far been of great importance. For example, on April 16, HD + will be blocking its pre-release on individual channels. So you are back to your own gentleman and can skip about advertising, which you have with a hard disk receiver for HD +. Included in the concept change are the ProSiebenSat1 Group channels: Sat.1 HD, ProSieben HD, Kabelein HD, Sixx HD and ProSieben Maxx HD.
