The car manufacturer BMW and GoPro, the camera specialist, are cooperating. The ActionCam GoPro Hero 3 is connected to the GoPro app by car. All BMWs with ConnectedDrive Services from 2012 onwards and the mini-series will be supplied with the new feature.

The car is connected to the updated GoPro app on the iPhone and can communicate with the camera. The GoPro Hero 3 camera is connected via WLAN and can be freely positioned in the car.
Reading tip: fuel-efficient drive with diesel and gasoline
The recording start and end, as well as power of the battery and strength of the signal are displayed on the display of the car. Various shooting modes are available, such as photo series, night mode and video. The preview is only available in the standing car.
