Magnum photographers are testing Panasonic Lumix GX7

The two photographers Ian Berry and Thomas Dworzak are members of Magnum Photos, one of the most renowned photo agencies in the world. Panasonic read the new Lumix GX7 mirrorless interchangeable lens camera in professional use to check their suitability. Ian Berry, who became known for working for the Daily Mail and later for Drum, was on the road with the Lumix GX7 in Rome. Thomas Dworzak, who photographed the wars and conflicts in the Caucasus in the 1990s, photographed with the GX7 in Georgian Tbilisi.

Asked about their impressions of the new Lumix, Panasonic Berry quoted as saying, "That you can walk around with a camera like this and only one pocket full of lenses is unique, that changes everything for me." Berry focused on the dynamic range during the test run. More brilliantly, "would be brilliantly rendered.

The camera also allows for extreme contrasts and the 90-degree tilting, high-resolution live view finder of the GX7 proves to be practical: "One of the really big advantages is that I can go into really high ISO ranges."

Dworzak's first criticism is also positive. The GX7 made it easier for him to take pictures in the street when he visited the Tbilisi: "One of the great advantages of this camera is the lack of clicking on the shutter button, I think I've coughed my life for the sound of my shutter . "

"Working with only a single camera is a real luxury," Dworzak is quoted.

Ian Berry and Thomas Dworzak will officially present their pictures taken with the Lumix GX7 at the IFA in Berlin from September 6th to 11th, 2013, and personally report on their experiences with the new Micro Four Thirds system camera.
