The image quality of the native 200 ISO image sensor has been somewhat optimized. At 200 ISO, we have measured a better resolution, very low noise and an impressively high dynamic range. From 400 ISO there are artefacts.
Conclusion
The operation is bulky. There are only a few, filigreed knobs and knobs - the savvy photographer, who moves away from the scene and program automation, will soon be annoying. Very good, however, the video functionality. The quality of full-HD recording with 25 full-frame images is convincing, especially since the automatic sharpening system works gently and inconspicuously.
The Sony NEX-F3 is small, light and handy, offering a good range of lenses - a decent travel camera with great video capabilities.
