If you are looking for a Windows hybrid notebook with a large display diagonal and a removable keyboard, the Asus Transformer Book T300LA is an interesting offer.
Its 13.3 inch touchscreen with very good IPS panel delivers full HD resolution, behind the display sits the actual computer with an Intel Core i7-4500U of the current Haswell generation as a processor, in the predecessor Transformer Book TX300 was still an Ivy -Bridge CPU.
The processor can access eight GB of RAM, as a mass storage is a fast 128-GB SSD. Thanks to the fast hardware, the Transformer delivers a very good system performance with 4546 points in the PCMark 7, while the 3D performance of the integrated HD-4400 GPU is sufficient for older 3D games with 3601 meters in the 3DMark Cloud Gate.
Very good is the recharge time with more than seven hours in continuous operation. With 1126 grams, the tablet is not a lightweight, the removable keyboard with its own battery weighs 805 grams.
