Samsung S24C770T in the test

The control can be tilted up to 55 degrees to the rear, because the control system can be operated quickly by touching the vertical screen. The S24C770T supports 10-finger multi-touch, ten touch points at the same time. This is enough for two users to interact simultaneously, for example, for games or to work.

The sturdy metal foot provides the display with a secure stand, a height adjustment is not provided. At the back of the foot you'll find two HDMI interfaces and a 3.5mm jack audio output. The latter is not necessary, because the side-integrated 2x 3-Watt loudspeakers already provide a very good sound for monitors.

With such a strongly tiltable display, bad viewing angles would immediately be noticed. Samsung counteracts this with a convincing MVA panel with full-HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. In the laboratory, we measure a maximum brightness of 249 candela / m² and a contrast of 3680: 1. The response time is an average of 9.9 milliseconds, which is quite sufficient for games and videos.
