The LG is easy to use and can be operated intuitively thanks to the tidy image menu. As in the past, LG uses a powerful, beautifully designed icon in the image menu to guide the user to the desired sub-menu, be it the image settings, the network functions or one of the eight minor examples.

The illuminated remote control is very easy to access with its buttons of different sizes.


In the Praxistest, the testers attested to the LG low compatibility in HDMI-CEC (see later). In the sound reproduction, however, he could score points by reproducing heights clearly and airily. It just hunted in the bass.


Regarding the picture, the TV convinced with a good depth as well as with an exact color reproduction. At first, the motion picture playback still showed blocky artefacts around hectic moving motifs. For this, his "TruMotion" anti-twist switch can be set so finely that it does not drift either into one extreme or the other.
