Video Games Live comes to Munich and Berlin

The Video Games Live concert series will be played in Munich and Berlin in 2017: Newly composed songs from popular video games such as Final Fantasy, Warcraft, Sonic the Hedgehog, Metal Gear Solid, Kingdom Hearts, Castlevania, Streetfighter 2, Mega Man, Monkey Island, Earthworm Jim and more.

The songs of Video Games Live are mainly performed by a large symphonic orchestra as well as a choir, but also soloists or local videogame coverbands accompany the newly composed songs. In addition, producer Tommy Tallarico often takes an electric guitar and plays imposing heavy metal interpretations from Final Fantasy 7 or Castlevania. Tallarico promises the power and emotionality of a symphony orchestra, combined with the action and energy of a rock concert, in a great multimedia experience.

Matching to the music exclusive video sequences from the respective games are shown on large, interactive screens. In addition, there are live action performances with actors as well as numerous special effects and light demonstrations. In addition, audiences are selected from the audience who are allowed to play video games live during the performance on the background wall and thus win prizes.

Anyone who attends the event should be there early enough, because before each performance games and costume competitions take place, while well-known game designers and composers invite to the Meet-and-Greet. In Munich, the winner of the Guitar Hero competition is to accompany the orchestra on stage. Video Games Live is not just about video game veterans who are tormented with melodic interpretations of Tetris or Pacman in nostalgia, or fans of current game blockbuster: All non-gamers are invited to the great spectacle

On March 21, 2017, Video Games Live will take place in Munich, on the 29th of March 2017 dei Show will be in Berlin. For both dates, VIP tickets are available, offering exclusive insights behind the scenes, a free download of the current video game Live Level 3 album, a meet-and-greet with producer Tallarico and more.
