Black Ops 3 Release: PS3 & Xbox 360 get new Call of Duty

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 release will take place alongside the PC, PS4 and Xbox One also for the Last Gen consoles Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Also here, the release date was set to 6th November 2017, as Activision announced in the official blog

The beta test of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is not to take place for PS3 and Xbox 360. Thus, only PC players as well as users of a Playstation 4 or Xbox One can register for a beta access. For a beta key, people who pre-order Black Ops 3 for the respective platform are eligible.

However, there are some differences in the implementation of Black Ops 3 for the older generation of consoles produced by the two developers studios Beenox and Mercenary Technolgy. For example, the co-op mode should only be possible with two players instead of four players on the other platforms.

What changes Activision will still make is unclear. However, it is safe to say that the load-gene consoles have to accept incidences against the newer platforms. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 could follow on the E3 2017.
