14 years ago, the video game "Resident Evil" has laid the foundation for an extremely successful Kinoreihe. Four sequels later are the leading actress Milla Jovovich and filmmaker Paul W.S. Anderson, who has produced all parts and directed three episodes, still faithfully follow the show. "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" (Kinostart: January 26, 2017) is now their final contribution to the horror story of an artificially created zombie virus and its consequences.
