Philips Sounddeck as a home cinema complete system

Soundbars and sound decks are now part of the popular home cinema equipment. So far, they have served primarily the sound enhancement. Woox Innovations is now also joining the 3D Blu-ray player with the Philips HTB 4150 B.

Sound decks have the advantage that the TV can find their place on them. This is already a solution that can shrink the TV rack. Now the player does not need a separate compartment anymore. The Philips Sounddeck is therefore not least recommended for smaller rooms.

In addition, the home cinema system allows access to various app services via the online portal. And via Bluetooth, it becomes a wireless docking jukebox, which communicates with various sound partners. NFC technology (Near Field Communication) integrates the devices with one touch.

The sound department controls virtual surround sound and the sound formats Dolby Digital and DTS. Analog and digital connections, including USB, are sufficient, with the 1.4-HDMI socket integrated an audio return channel. According to the manufacturer, the media player is able to control the audio formats AAC, MKA, MP3, WMA as well as the picture and video formats GIF, JPEG, AVI, DivX, MKV MP4, MPEG, WMV

The Philips HTB 4150 B is available for 350 euros.
