The IFA provides the stage for the European players of the display giant. With a native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels, the innovation of LG offers four times the resolution of conventional Full HD panels. Thus, the 84-inch TV has a so-called 4K or ultra-definition display. The TV is also equipped with CINEMA 3D technology.
With the 3D Depth Control, the viewers can individually change the depth effect. The 3D Sound Zooming function also analyzes the objects on the screen and adjusts the sound to its position and movement, promises the manufacturer. An integrated 2D to 3D converter provides additional content in 3D. LG offers a premium content via the Smart TV feature. This includes, for example, the 3D World with a selection of films and games. For gamer, the Super TV has a special feature: With DualPlay, two players can see different images on the same screen, so playing with split screen is a thing of the past.
A 2.2 speaker system with two 10-watt speakers and two 15-watt woofers is designed to support the imagery on the giant screen with a corresponding sound source and create a movie theater feeling in one's own home.
From August 31 to September 5, the 84-inch display can be seen at the LG stand at IFA.
