Samsung has a real candy for recording freaks in stock: Although in the TV only a single tuner is installed, this can still switch while recording. The only requirement is that the two transmitters must be in the same program bouquet. So if you record via satellite RTL, you can switch to VOX, RTL2, SuperRTL or n-tv. The TV sets are recorded on a connected USB hard disk and can be sorted by name, date or station.


The image test revealed some criticisms. The contrast is only very good in front. At an oblique viewing angle, gray traces are suddenly no longer entirely color-free: with increasing angle to the panel, the gray changes constantly increase. This can make the other test candidates better. When the color is reproduced from the front, however, Samsung is on top. Even from the factory, the basic colors are almost perfectly adjusted.


The 3D representation is very plastic and is poor in translators. But if you turn your head, a flicker can be seen from the corners of the eye. This should be due to the lower refresh rate because the Samsung has only 50 Hertz with the 100 Hertz panel for every eye in 3D operation.
