Outlook Web App: Disable conversation view

Outlook offers as web app the same as Google mail on the web interface the entertainment view for e-mails. This is actually practical: if two users hold a dialog via e-mail, they have direct access to each individual message – without scrolling through meterlange signatures or searching mails in the already overloaded inbox, for example, if they are looking for an older info Code>

However, Outlook Web App has the property of also summarizing entertainments when the receiver circuit has changed. Thus, by a thoughtless click, you can quickly get confidential information - which is actually intended for a particular person - accidentally sent to a wrong person or even entire distribution list. For sensitive business information, this would be a nasty horror.

To avoid such scenarios, we will show you how to disable the conversation view in the Outlook Web App. This is very simple: You can sort your e-mails by date, sender, recipient, and more in the middle column of the mail view. To do this, click on the small triangle directly above the first e-mail. The default is to the left of the "Arrange by Date" arrow.

If you click on this menu, the item "Entertainment" is highlighted below. Unmark it and you will see emails again as individual messages. You must make this setting individually for each folder (Inbox, Outbox, Sent, etc.). After all, the settings are stored: you only have to make them once, and you can continue to work at the same time after logging in to your Outlook account.
