This has advantages: Outlook contacts can be flexibly migrated, are available on almost all mobile devices, and there is plenty of tools for address management. This category also includes SigParser 3.0. The small tool takes over contact data from e-mail signatures, structures them and saves them in the Outlook or V-Card format. However, the whole thing is only semi-automatic, because the signatures have to be copied over the clipboard. Additionally, the details page is not supported in Outlook, such as “department” or “office”. Manual repairs are therefore unavoidable in many cases. After all, it takes the software with the address recognition exactly as long as the signature common standards are adhered to.
Conclusion
Massively contact data from e-mails is also a complex undertaking with SigParser. However, the small tool is a useful tool for fast address transfer.
