Print with Google Cloud Print from the Android smartphone

Setting up a cloud-enabled printer for Android smartphones or tablets is easy: To use Google Cloud Print, you must have a Google account set up. The rest of the settings are done on the printer itself or via the printer configuration page. The connection of a non-cloudable printer is somewhat more complicated. Here you have to go over an internet-enabled PC. To do this, Google Chrome (Download) must be installed on the PC


1st step


Open Google Chrome and click the Chrome menu in the browser toolbar. Select Settings / Show advanced settings. You'll find the Google Cloud Print section

To add a printer, select Set up printers in Google Cloud Print or Manage / Manage / Add printers. Select the desired printer (s) that are connected to your PC, and then click Add Printer again. You will then receive confirmation that Google Cloud Print has been activated. The printer is now linked to your Google Account and connected to Google Cloud Print. You can now print with Google Cloud Print from this printer if you are logged in with the same Google account.

To print a document or photo using the Cloud Print printer, simply go to the document, mail or photo.
