The network consists of six cobra Solution partners with locations all over the United States. This year, the focus will be on the new solution cobra CRM BI, which combines professional CRM with a business intelligence tool in one product. This allows individual dashboards to be used to display various evaluations such as sales and sales numbers or service cases. Through data mining, users can gain valuable insights from the existing material.

Also new is the industry solution cobra CRM for business promotion. The solution is adapted to the needs of the target group: whether it is consulting management, city marketing or location development - this software minimizes bureaucracy and frees up new ideas. In the clear database, current company and solvency indicators can be stored and automatically evaluated statistically, information on consulting offers and funding programs can be queried, property management or events planned.


Another focus will be the mobile solutions. For example, cobra MobileCRM has been revolutionized for iPhone and iPad and now offers more options for working on the move.
