Cloud data with Viivo encrypt

After installation, you will find a new link to the Viivo folder on the desktop. If you now want to encrypt data for Dropbox, do not copy the files to the Dropbox folder, but to the Viivo file. Viivo encrypts them and then adds them to a special Dropbox folder (VIIVO_Managed_Content). Dropbox finally synchronizes this data. On a different computer, proceed as follows: Viivo decrypts the data from VIIVO_Managed_Content and stores it in the Viivo folder. There you can open it.

Sharing data with Viivo-Dropbox encrypted with others requires a somewhat complicated authentication process. From there, however, all participants can easily exchange data securely. First create a transfer folder in the Viivo folder. Then, locate it in the VIIVO_Managed_Content drop-down folder and right-click it. In the context menu, select Dropbox / Share folder. Then you can select other users who are allowed to open the folder.

The receiver finds the folder in its dropbox, but can not decrypt it without Viivo. If he accepts the dropbox invitation, the sender will receive the message (in notifications) in his Viivo manager that the recipient has joined the shared folder in Dropbox.

The transmitter must confirm this again. Then Viivo copies the releases to the decrypted Viivo folder. Done. The participants then exchange data by copying the files to their Viivo folders. Viivo distributes them encrypted via Dropbox.
