The Cinemizer is a small technical masterpiece – small especially because of its small dimensions. Because the slim image projector fits on the nose. Inside, however, is very much fun. There are two high-tech screens based on organic display technology (OLED). As a result, the device has features that TV makers are currently febrile for larger screens.
The Videobrille is suitable for travel, but should also be used more often at home. According to manufacturers, the two umbrellas, after a certain period of familiarization, give the impression, as if sitting in front of a television of 102 centimeters diagonal with a distance of two meters. The glasses with corresponding food from the Blu-ray player even 3D images under control. Those who prefer to play games or other multimedia entertainment are also having fun.
Practice: Mirror your smartphone image on the TV via MHL
The glasses can be connected via HDMI, Cinch and optional iPod / iPhone adapter with almost all common mobile or at home output devices. These include Blu-ray players, game consoles, smartphones and tablets. The resolution of the OLED displays is 870 x 500 pixels. Practical: A continuous diopter adjustment per eye allows you to compensate for visual weaknesses (-5 to +2 diopters). The weight of the cinemizer is around 80 grams.
From now on you can order the Cinemizer at Amazon. It is available from 649 euros. If you are looking for something, the futuristic glasses can also be found at other online retailers. If you would like to try them out in advance: Carl Zeiss will be exhibiting the Multimediabrille at the CEBIT from March 5 to 9 (Hall 15, Stand A 20)
